We are inviting all Reception class children and their parents/ carers/ siblings/ grandparent or relative (up to 4 adults per family) to join us for a picnic on the school field, weather permitting. Families will need to bring their own picnic and blankets.
Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th September are INSET days and there will be no children in school.
Reception children will start school on Monday 7th September, and will transition over a 10 day period.
| Mon 7th, Tues 8th , Wed 9th and Thurs 10th September |
Younger starters (April to August born) and children with SEND will attend the mornings only from 8:50am to 11:00am.
Older starters (September to March born) will attend the afternoons only from 1:15pm to 3:15pm. It is really important that parents and carers adhere to their times to ensure a smooth transition for all children. Staff will be on the playground to support children to find their classroom. |

Monday 7th September to Friday 11th September
The Reception teaching team would like to complete home visits. Parents may like to take advantage of this opportunity to meet the Reception team and for your child to share more about themselves in the comfort of their own home. We will arrange these visits from Monday 7th September. The school office will be in contact to make arrangements for these.
We hope you have found this helpful and if you have any questions please contact the school via the school email address.
